Interesting looking unit. Reminds me of the Dragonfly (of course) as well as the DIY Sabre DAC. Lettuce know how it turns out!

Not shipping until JANUARY 2014 and that's probably optimistic if like other Kickstarter projects.

I like the design of DAC and AMP in the same small unit. I'm planning to go more headphones this coming year since I don't have a whole lot of private listening space in my house.

Looking forward to reviewing

That's what I've done. Settled on a good budget pair of speakers and tamp. I spent serious money on a head amp and now maintain a small collection of cans

Well I listen with bluetooth headphones at least 4-6 hrs/day at work and lately been listening to music at home on my Sennheiser HD 280 Pro cans and it has just become "habit" for me if I want to really ENJOY my music. I'm at the point now to go for QUALITY of hardware over QUANTITY and just put money into acquiring "music".

I can't agree more. Going to the record store a few times a month instead of stalking a thrift shop daily is so much more rewarding
