Have a JVC AX-Z711 integrated amp that needs fixing.
The STK3082 III IC had no signal on right output, so ordered a NOS and replaced. This worked, there´s now sound on both outputs.
But the amp goes into protect after a few seconds.
When powered OFF for a longer time, it plays for longer (20-30sec), but when turning off and on immediately, the relay does not kick in at all. If I wait a few minutes, the relay kicks in, but goes into protect after a few seconds again.
Have measured the Sanken output transistors out of circuit, and there´s no difference between left and right channel (left channel worked before replacing STK3082 so I assume the problem is in Right channel only).
With output transistors out of circuit:
right speaker terminal to ground: not measurable
Left speaker output to ground aproc 30Mohm
I need a service manual and/ or schematics, but it´s nowhere to be found. I don´t mind paying for this, but there´s only two websites for download:
