JVC JL-A40 - Missing blue cueing follower part

Hi everyone,
I'm restoring a JVC JL-A40 and have traced a fault in the cueing mechanism.
The turntable plays records perfectly, the platter starts when the tonearm is moved over the record, and the auto-return works correctly. However, the cueing lever spins 360° with no resistance and doesn't operate the cueing platform. After opening the turntable, I found that the white cueing cam (E34240-002) is cracked. I've already ordered a replacement. While comparing my mechanism with photos of a complete JL-A40 cueing assembly, I also discovered that my turntable is missing the small blue plastic follower that fits on the spindle adjacent to the cueing cam. The spindle and E-clip are still there, but the blue follower itself is completely missing.
Does anyone know:
- The JVC part number or description for the blue follower?
- Whether it was available as a separate part or only as part of the complete cueing assembly?
- Which other JVC turntables use the same cueing mechanism?
- Screenshot_20260628_125731_ChatGPT.jpgScreenshot_20260628_125518_Samsung Browser.jpgWhether anyone has a spare mechanism or this blue follower available?
I've attached photos of my mechanism and a comparison photo showing the missing blue part.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Ralf
