JVC turntable/console??

Greetings all. Does anyone recognize this console piece? I'm told it is a Victor (JVC) console from the late 50's, but looks to be just the turntable section. Doesn't look like there is room for any amp or speakers unless they are awful tiny.

Was not sure the best place to post this, so if there is a better forum, please suggest.

Its a small floor standing record player, kind of a "consolette" in design. Just a record player, no radio. It would have speakers in front under the grill cloth, but not big ones. Not really HiFi, but neither were most of the USA built record players of similar size.

It likely uses a pair of single ended 50C5's (approx 1 watt output), a 12Asomething7, and a "hot chassis" design. If not stereo, make that one 50C5.
 
may have a tweeter facing forward and a fullrange firing down. look under it. with all these kids buying cheap record players, it could be worth $50-75 once recapped. its not hifi but is hipster bait.
