K-1036-E vs. K-1036-K "10 woofers. Are they the same?

I'm not sure about this, but the K-1036-E woofers appear to be newer replacements for the older K-1036-K "10 woofers used in the KLF 20s. Is this correct?

Is there is difference in build & sound quality between the two models? Looks like I can get the Es for $120/pair.

These appear to be about as rare as the K-1036-Ks, so I actually don't know if these are in fact more recent versions of the other. :scratch2:

well that side looks convincing. It might just be that the E stands for Eminence who make most if not all of the Klipsch drivers. Best regards Moray James.
