Real treat tonight. My close friend is coming over to our new home and we will be spending some real quality time "between the speakers".
He loves music, plays guitar well but never invested in a decent system. Last time he heard my equipment, we were living up north.
So, we will scratch some vinyl, spin a few CDs and discuss equipment. I believe there is a dinner in there someplace too.
Have a feeling that my friend will be soon looking for his own system, which here in SE Florida is possible as there are a few high end shops around. Being a Plastic Surgeon, I am sure once he makes the decision to buy, we will have lots of "road to cover" as we assemble his system.
How many of my fellow AKs promote and participate in expanding our population as music/equipment fanatics?
