Kef 103/4 advice

hey everyone, been a while since I last posted here. hope you are all having a great day,
I am considering buying a pair of Kef 103/4s and I wanted to know if there are any specific things when it comes to this model of Kef that I should be aware of while inspecting them at the seller's place?
I have attached a few of the pics seller posted in their ad. what instantly stands out is the rather messy look of the dust cap on one of the speakers. does this mean a bad refoam or dust cap replacement job or could it mean something more serious could possibly be wrong?
the seller said he has bought them like that and they sound fine. does this affect the sound?
any other concerning thing stands out to your expert eyes that my amateur eyes can not see?
thanks in advance for you help.

Hi, I have a pair of KEF 103/4 I opened my set up at the bottom first thr cones on both woofers had disintegrated everything else was okay. Unfortunately tested the units, OL
reading, coil burnrt out same for all woofers ;-( Yes you can replace them with these units Peerless 830657 6.5" SDS Woofer. I am going to check the Tweeters now!
The Ferrofluid probably needs replacing! If there is other damage to the tweeters and then of course the crossover! I think it is goodnight KEF
