KEF Q700 or Q550

I found both of these almost equal in cost. KEF Q700 or Q550
A pair of the KEF Q550 is $150 less or so.
I know the 550 is newer but not sure if advancements are worth it over the two.
My room is about 20'x16' with 8' ceilings.
Using for music/stereo
I heard the Q550 have more dynamic and clarity whereas the Q700 has more bass and boldness.

-Any thoughts on which I should chose?

Yes, choose the pair that sound best to you. Absolutely nothing else should matter in the least.
 
I would just go with the Q700, the bass extension is an order of magnitude better. I'm sure you're trying to buy used, and if the deal is that good. Hearing both from 2 different sellers before making a decision is unlikely.
