Kef RDM One with Fuzzy Bass

Hi Everyone,
I have a Kef RDM One set of speakers And one speaker has distortion in the bass when any volume or low end eq is applied. Can the bass driver be replaced or easily sourced? Love the sound of these and would like to get them going again.

How loud is the distortion?

If you place a finger either side of the middle of the cone and push in, can you hear something scratching/rubbing?
