This resistor is extremely overheating and the transistors next to it are overheating too. I can not identify the resistor because one of the stripes is burnt off and the schematic for this would’ve been simpler if a cat puked on it

These are the transistors in question. I can not for the life of me identify what these do. Is this related to one of the power amp modules being disconnected? I doubt that tho because the power amp modules get their power directly from the psu and these are on the audio board (can be found on the left most side of the second page of the schematic). It may also be related to one of the filter caps being puffed up but I doubt that too

Any help would be appreciated :)

I'm not really sure what resistor you are talking about (circling the resistor would be helpful). I checked the component diagram and see R86 (1.5k) kind of in the center of your pic.

If it is working, I wouldn't worry about it. Some people overly worry about these things when it is a perfectly normal operation. It has probably been doing this since day 1.

You should see my Fisher solid state amplifier. When I opened it a few years back, a few resistors in the power supply have gotten toasty over the years but it is still working like a champ. I've been doing this a long time and know how to fix it if anything were to happen but the old adage is.........if it ain't broke........you know the rest!
