Hi folks,
I have a Kenwood 700M amplifier and I am not sure if it has a "common ground" or not. I am asking because I also have a Koss ESP-9 electrostatic headphone set that requires tapping into the speaker outputs on the 700M to drive them.
I have read (and yet don't fully understand) that the ESP-9 must be hooked up to an amplifier with a common ground, or it could blow the amp (at worst), or at least have an annoying hum.
Does anyone know if the 700M has a common ground? It might be a simple question for someone (unlike myself), who is good at reading schematics.
Thanks a bunch!
David
