Kenwood 700T tuner with less than 3 hrs. to go

Notice it is not functioning. From what I've heard, this tuner is supposed to be ridiculous to work on and could be very spendy to get repaired. As pretty as it is, I'd rather have a 600T, which is a better performer and (I think) a bit more standard.
 
I had not noticed it was not working, however it still sold for $408.
Are people getting crazy? :screwy:
