Kenwood KA-30

Hi Audiokarma !

Does anyone have any experience withthe KA-30 or a model of the same series?
How does it compare to the series of 70's integrateds by Kenwood (e.g. KA-1500 , KA-3300, KA-7100)
Any additional information to the catalog pics?

Found a youtube video of a guy looking closer at the inside of this amp.

Any information/experience is much appreciated!

I have the KA-60 amp (the slimline one) from that series.....its a great little amp fair oozes quality.......

so are differences within the same series small?

I thought FM Tuner Info had the brochure scan, but theirs only goes to the KA-60

THe KA-30 was probably the entry level. I would say that this model line (ca. 1980) was past Kenwood's "prime" for massmarket equipment but it is probably an OK amplifier.

Oh dear......and i thought i had a decent amp......and now i learn that even in 1980 it was past its "Prime"......oh well.......
