Kenwood KA 4002A loose ground wire

A while back i purchased a kenwood KA 4002A. Somebody had removed the back panels (tape, aux, tuner and phono entry). I found replacements and put them back in. It´s now playing again but with a minor hum. After some looking i found one unattached grounding wire but i´m not sure where it should go. One side is connected to the minus side of the power capacitor. The other side was unconnected near the power transistors in the back of the amp. Maybe going to the tape entry? But the outer casing of inputs show a connection to ground when testing with my multimeter. Anybody know where it should go?

The phono ground screw in the back, has a ground black wire?. A solid black on a Kenwood is ground, you can try it on the chassis and see if it helps with the hum...
 
Well found the correct location. It was the din (?) connection of the tape entry. Amp is playing nicely now.
I do have another intermittent problem when turning the amp on. Sometimes (1 in 4 times) there will be a schratchy sound when turning the amp on. It will last for about 15 seconds. Weird thing is that it produces sound through the speakers and from within the amp. Could it be the power button?
