Kenwood KA-9100 with weak channel

Incomprehensible space llama
Hi all, I've got a local guy who wants about $80 for a Kenwood KA-9100 with a weak channel. I've seen the unit in the past, and iirc, it looked a little beat up. I know these are totl amps, but have heard that parts are virtually unobtanium. Would this be a good pickup?

He also has a Kenwood Model 11 receiver he wants $150 for...anybody want to finance my hobby? :D

dirty switches on the front, and the seperate/connect switch on the back are famous for low channel jhoyt. A little contact cleaner and she could be sounding sweet!
 
And if ya need parts I have a lot of 'em, even the TA-100W output chips.
I have 2 working KA-9100's and about 3 or 4 in partial working condition.
