Kenwood KD-5066 service manual needed

I have a beautiful Kenwood KD-5066 turntable. It seems as though the signal strength on one side of the turntable is slightly stronger. I've reversed the cable and the side changes. Is it possible that this TT is in need of a recap?

In any case, does anyone have a PDF copy of the service manual in their collection?

Counterweight number is D91-0109-08. I have been trying to upload the manual, but it is too big.
