Kenwood KP-1100/9010 vs. KD-990/7010/8030 Difference between DS and HS Arm?

I am looking for the difference between the Kenwood DS (Dynamic Stability) and HS (High Stability) tonearms.

The DS arm was only available on the Japanese models KP-880D, the KP-1100 and the KP-9010, any other turntable of the higher end was equipped with the HS tonearm.
The DS arm existed in two versions:
- straight tube version, where the tube was supposed to be having internal reinforcements, on the Trio Kenwood KP-880D,
- J-shape tube version, where I cannot find any particulars on the Kenwood KP-1100 and later in the KP-9010, which was probably identical, except for the finish in veneer vs. black.
The HS arm existed in two versions as well:
- straight tube version, on the Trio Kenwood KD-710 as am exampe,
- J-shape tube version, on the Kenwood KD-990, then later on the KD-7010 and KD-8030. Those three models were apparently essentially identical, though with small differences, that I was not able to find out.

I would very much appreciate any insight or documents, in any language, that could provide some more information.

NB: I am presently looking for a KP-1100/9010, and am living in Europe, in Luxembourg.
