Just getting into the vintage stereo scene and I picked up a Kenwood KR-1400 Receiver and a Hitachi HT-7a Turntable as a starter setup. They actually sound great but I'm getting some weird issues whenever I switch to the phono input. It'll run fine for a minute or two and then the right channel cuts and gets super noisy, and the left channel becomes very thin. Any idea what could be wrong? I figured I should probably hit it with some Dexit anyways, but just thought I would put it out there!
