i bought a kr 2120 very cheap, it powered on but no output.i cleaned the 1/8th inch of dirt out out it and cleaned the pots and everything else,boy was it dirty. this little thing puts out some sweet tunes! suprised me all to heck,ive got it hooked up to some advent mini II speakers and it sounds great. its my favorite low power receiver now, hooked it up to my disc player and its awesome.now i know at 10 watts it aint a power house but it sounds better than the kr 2400 and runs circles around the kr 1400. think i might collect a couple others from this line and am definatly looking for a 6160. ive got everything but some of the caps i need and its got some crappy 2sc458 transistors im going to change out but its a keeper!

I recently got the KR4130, which is the same look and era.. a time warp to the early 70s. Like yours, this was full of so much dust it didn't put sound out in one speaker until I blew it off and sprayed the pots. That brought it back to life. Definitely a keeper.
