Kenwood KR-70 Score Now Need Info

While visiting my daughter in Richmond today I picked up a Kenwood KR-70 receiver. Can not find anything on it but it seems to be of the same era as my TK-140 so I am guessing between 20-30wpc and dates from the late 60's-mid 70's. I am in the middle of cleaning it so pics are not great but please look closely at the nudes and you will see pieces in the middle that almost look like tubes and are new to me based on my limited experience. Any info on this receiver would be appreciated.

The tall cans with the holes? Tuning slugs for the tuner.
Nice clean layout in that old Kenny.

edit: I see the things now. Not sure what those are.

Done with the clean up for now, I will need to replace the bulb for the stereo light at some point. Controls cleaned up real well and after some initial scratchiness it is purring just fine with my bench speakers. As you can see from the photos it is in pretty good shape though I am sure it might be missing a back panel.
