Kenwood KR-7600 and KT-815

Can someone tell me how the tuner section of the Kenwood KR-7600 receiver compares with the KT-815 ?

I have the spec's on the 7600, but not the 815....I'm just curious.

(the 7600 sounds better, but the 815 has this nice locking technology)

seems the 815 has better spec's than both the 7600 and my 9900 (8300).

My 8300 sounds better though. I guess spec's aren't everything.

I do like the 815's locking electronics. You don't have to tune the dial precisely, just close and it centers it for you. Works well.
