I don't think he is trying to really make this an "auction", but if someone were to give him a decent offer, he'd probably accept. Painted Advents? Well, subtract accordingly.
Ad text: Kenwood KR5200 receiver/amplifier; Dual 1218 turntable with cartridge and owner manual; Advent Loudspeakers (large) with owner manual. Receiver's on/off button missing it's cap and does not hold when pressed to turn on, but the unit does work -- clean and loud sound! Turntable and cartridge in excellent condition. Speakers put out great sound - cabinets were painted (poorly) white, but this aesthetic flaw does not impair their function.
All vintage 1972 - best offer for all or individual components.
