Kenwood KT-5300 vs. Marantz 105 tuner

Does anyone know the specs on the Marantz 105 tuner? Number of gangs, etc.
My KT-5300 is far better, and I didn't know it's because the 105 needs work, or if it's just not as good as a piece of equipment as the Kenwood. I know neither of these is much more than "entry level" type gear.

Just wondering if the Kenwood is that much better, or what the deal is.
