I managed to control my itchy clicker-finger and not BIN this. Includes original long cables and manual, and a great price at $300 IMO. If someone here buys this and would be willing to part with the cables, let me know :)

Man that is a fine looking pre...i'm tempted...I should keep my scratch until that elusive other L-09M pops up though. Too bad that guy isn't selling the cables separately.
 
These amps were intended to be set next to each speaker - hence, long IC's, short speaker cables. BB, I recommend finding another L-09M before going for a L-07C preamp, although the L-09's are a good deal more exclusive.
 
I agree. I'm going to hold out for the other L-09M even though i'm beginning to have my doubts about finding another.
 
I'll buy a pair if I have to! Didn't want to hijack this thread. Back to the preamp we go!

That's true!
Mine is in such unbelievable condition...makes me wonder where the hell the other one went!
 
BB, I forget, did yours come with the silver rack handles? Also, they are not just exclusive, but elusive... Keep a sharp eye, these things sell fast when they do come up. I bought mine the day they came up on Agon, and a pair sold on ebay BIN $800 within hours. Once I get a real job and start making some good money, I'll likely look for another set :thmbsp:
 
I saw a pair of the 9's along with the 7 preamp on Ebay a while back...

I had put in a max bid of $560 thinking that my wife was going to kill me...

Well, I didn't have to worry because it all went for the tidy sum of $1500! :yikes:

Nope, no handles unfortunately. That would have been too perfect!
I've got a few people watching out for me in bigger cities like Montreal and Toronto so i'm hoping one will turn up before too long.
 
Handles

Look great and sure help out when lugging these 50 pound beasts around. I have yet to see another pair with handles, although I think Grumpy's has em.

Congrats Jeff! If it woulda been a L-07C Mk I I probably woulda snatched it up to go with my L-09's. Hope it works out well for you, its a nice looking piece!
