Kenwood TK-40, any info?

i just picked up a Kenwood TK-40 with manual at an estate sale, but I have no idea about what I just bought. It weighs quiet a bit and was in great shape so I bought it. Im just getting started in my Vintage Audio collecting. Any info on this model and its reputation would be appreciated.

Looks like it was made in the mid 70's from the books I have. Only other thing I have is that a new list price was $190.
 
thanks, thats a start anyway, if anyone has any info or where I should look for info, I would appreciate it.
