KLH 5 Crossovers

Landed a pair of KLH Model 5 speakers in great external condition. All the drivers work but Internally, the original crossovers have been replaced with some junk that makes no-sense--any ideas for a reputable source for the boards and crossovers?
I can do the cap and resistor upgrade, just need the original stuff to get these singing again.

I'm just beginning to work on some KLH Fives, so I'd be interested to see what's going on inside your pair. Meanwhile, here is the factory schematic.
