I am re-assembling some KLH Fives; I started with empty cabinets and have gathered the components together.
I have refurbished the crossovers. Since I did not have an image (and can't find one online) of what the wiring pattern to the speakers within the cabinet looked like, and schematics just indicate generic, universal ground for the woofer, check me out on this: I have:
yellow wire, positive tweeter (and an adjacent black ground)
white wire, positive midrange (an adjacent black ground)
red wire, positive woofer (no unique ground ?)
What point does KLH 5 woofer ground wire attach to?
This is the earlier, PTP style board, not the later PCB style.
Thanks,
Phillip
