I recently acquired a 1969 KLH Model Twenty turntable. Everything was working until the last time I powered it on. Everything is working, but the turntable won't stop spinning and then I tried to switch the power button to OFF and the lights still stay on and it still spins. The weird thing is that if I move the switch to the middle in between on and off, then the lights turn off, but it keeps spinning. Not sure if something isn't lined up properly or if its a complex fix.

It sounds like there might be a couple of things going on there. But I assume you are talking about the slide switch on the right that says ON/OFF under it? When that is in the OFF position it is actually in the AUTO mode with the turntable, which means power for the unit is controlled by the turntable controls. Is the lever control on the turntable in the OFF position (all the way to the left)? If the turntable does not switch off then the whole unit will stay on. It is very common for the old Garrard turntables to get sticky and that usually manifests itself with the auto shutoff not working.

Yeah I think something is just being sticky. It is in the off position. I have the original manual and it talks about the auto position and the turntable staying on and talks about how if the changer doesn't shut off then it will still stay on, but it seems like everything turns off. It's weird how it just happened out of nowhere and now won't stop
