I have a beautiful KLH model 11. It just came out of servicing sounding perfect. However it has begun to speed up, and after switching it from playing a 45 to a 33, it is now fast. Not as fast as a 45, but I counted 111 rotations in 3 minutes so the voices do not match.
Some history, I live in England now so I do use a step-down, but I had the pulley replaced to a Garrard pulley for a UK machine so it worked fine and I've only played a few records on it now and it has sped up.
Can anyone give instruction on how to lift the platter on the machine so I can take a look with any ideas you may have. Thank you.
