Saw a pair of these speakers today but wanted to do some research on them first. Got home and googled KLH Research Ten and couldn't come up with anything. It looks like this might have been a series. I got the name from the badges on the front but now I see that the actual model might have been on the bottom and I didn't turn them over to see.
They are cube shaped towers about 3 ' tall with an 8' or 10' woofer on the bottom and another woofer on the top with two tweeters firing out the sides. Wrap around grills that are removeable on the top and bottom. The top and bottom is seperated by a laminated cube, blonde color. Picture 3 cubes on top of each other. Oh, and the top had a piece of glass on them.
They want $99 for them. If they're anything special I'll go back and see if they're still there.
I have a feeling they're not from the KLH glory days but...
