Klipsch C2 center channel

I an thinking about changing my center channel. I have a pair of Klipsch KP 301 as my mains, biamplified. I am running a JBL center channel, nothing special Northridge N - Center, and it can barely keep up, plus the tone isn't really a very good match. I don't want to make a lateral move, but a Klipsch Synergy C2 has been listed locally for $100 for some time now. What do you guys think?

That's pretty funny! I just sold a Klipsch C-2 earlier today on CL for $80. I had purchased it to replace my JBL Northridge Center. The C-2 was a much better match for my Klipsch Heresy speakers. The only reason I sold it was because I got a great deal on an old M&K 5.1 system.

Just FYI I have way too many speakers right now. I have a pair of 1982 Klipsch Heresy speakers, a pair of 1989 Heresy II's, a pair of Boston Acoustics T1000's I got from my neighbor and an old JBL Control Monitor 5.1 system. For what it's worth, I love the old JBL system just because it looks so rugged with those metal grills. I will probably sell the two pair of Heresy speakers, but I'm in no hurry.
