Klipsch Heritage S/N Dates Code decoder

Congrats!!!!!
Open the back and post pix of the xovers and drivers. If u are in luck, someone already spent the $$$$ to do Crites upgrades, but if not, they are still very awesome speakers. Enjoy!

IF there are any Klipsch decoder guys still here could someone tell me what year serial number 595829 represents?

Can anyone tell me what the serial # 053396408 and 07 represents on my pair of oiled walnut quartets? Is this 2005, 33rd week?
I tried going to thier verification site but its down.

Thanks for any help

Hi, can you help me to decode a serial number and give a value to this speaker? I want to help a friend of mine to sell it... Thanks

I dont think anyone who knows is coming to this thread anymore.. i tried a few months ago.. maybe start a new thread asking for help with klipsch serial numbers

Did Klipsch ever make Klipschorns without any paper or plastic labels on the back panel?
The papers were just glued on. Some people took them off, some came off by themselves. No doubt some made it out of the factory without them. On the later models, the serial number is stamped on the back top edge of the cabinets.

Thank you! Mine has no trace of the label ever being there, but they do have the stamped serial number.

Just picked these up from the original owner. Very very nice condition. Grills need to have the Velcro reattached so they fit nice. Should I look at doing the caps on the crossovers?

if the caps haven't been replaced, you probably should look into it. they were made in 1983, so we're past the typical useful life. what caps are in there now?

I looked at the chart and still can't figure this out.

QRT OAK CLR #19 grill

Serial numbers:
088491447 and 099491448

Grill in front (don't want to remove) and big, maybe 10" speaker in the back facing backwards of course.

Klipsch Quartets?
Thanks

Looking at a pair now.

KD BR

Serial 11RS91

I'm having a hard time figuring out the date of manufacture.

If someone with a bigger brain can assist, that'd be great.

I understand KD designates designer type ( no grill, made through April of 1987 )
My friend thought the top would disassemble, but I can't see how. Perhaps the KD didn't come apart?

The BR designates Birch. These have a black finish. I'm seeing where some of the birch was finished in black....is that true.

Thanks in advance for any help provided.
