Klipsch RP6000F ...opinions compared to BOSTON ACOUSTICS

I know this is the Klipsch forum and I am a huge Klipsch fan but i am looking for some advice.
In my living room I run 2 channel sound (not a fan of surround sound) through my TV Receiver (a TOTL Denon).
Right now i am running 2 Boston acoustics T1000's

I have the opportunity to buy a set of Klipsch RP6000F but I am wondering if they are worthy of bumping the BA's.

Opinions?

Part of the equation is how much are the Klipsch RP6000F going to cost you? Is there a problem with the BA T1000s or something you no longer like about them? The Klipsch normally go for a little over $1K per pair.

I didnt want to go into value for the money because that belongs in the dollars and sense forum.
Nothing wrong with the T1000s.
Just have an opportunity to buy some RP6000F and was wondering which was better and how much better

Your ears your money your sensibilities. Only you can decide which speaker you like better. No one here can tell you what you will like. Obviously you are looking for something more or you would not be doing any of this so do some listening. Perhaps the vendor will let you bring your speakers over to compare? If you don't ask you won't know.

The Klipsch are more efficient and handle about the same power so will play significantly louder. They will have a more forward sound. The Bostons come from the New England school of design. A little more laid back with better more extended but not capable of playing as loud as the Klipsch in the low frequencies. Any Two way horn system excluding the Jubilee are not my favorites preferring the Heritage series. The crossovers are to high on the two ways coloring the sound and the copper woofers with their fast transient response can be a little to dry for me, but sound great with tube amps and NAD units to me. If you are in a very soft room you might prefer the Klipsch to give you a more forward sound presentation, but in a harder room with bare floors, a lot of bland walls or a lot of uncovered glass I would stick with the Bostons. If your wife likes the current system, I bet she won't like the Klipsch.
