L-pad Attenuator?

I have a set of horn tweeters that I put in a 2-way speaker and I want to tone them down a bit.
The available L-pad Attenuators on Parts Express come in 100w, 50w, and 15w ratings.
The speakers are for home use at low to normal listening levels. The tweeters are rated for 30watts.
I don't think I need the 100w attenuator, but unsure if I should go with the 50w or 15w?

Is there a passive network? Then 15W will be enough.

Yes, a passive network. Capacitor in series, inductor in parallel to the tweeter. There is a single 3ohm resistor in series with the tweeter also.
I plan to place the L-pad attenuator on the tweeter leads between the existing crossover network and the tweeter, along with bypassing the existing 3ohm resistor.
