Lafayette SQR-40 4 Channel 8 Track Stereo Receiver

I just picked up this Lafayette 4 channel receiver this morning ($6) at Goodwill. I cannot find anything about it on the 'Net.

The 8 track works well, as do both the AM and FM bands. All 4 speakers outputs, various switches and controls work well.

Does anyone have any information that they can provide - year manufactured, performance, documentation, etc.?
