Went down to a record store earlier to trade some old hardware for some cash, ended up buying a pallet of Lambert Stereo gear! Mostly Headphone amp's (play it by ear), but did manage to get a working set of MonoBlocks, 3 power cleaners, 3 Force amps, 3 Preamps, 1 sub, and 2 sets of the speakers (one had the stands!) I've been searching for this gear ever since I heard about it a few years back, and no luck finding any of it anywhere, I'd heard that it was very good, but honestly, that description does NOT do this gear justice. I'm not even running the mono blocks, and I can say without a doubt, that these TINY little speakers and their stack (equally tiny) sound at least 4X better than my Proton stack, which is driving an all original set of ESS AMT 3's. I'm planning on hooking up the mono blocks to my ESS speakers, and seeing how they do driving that large of a cabinet. Very impressed with this gear, shame the company didn't make it. Admittidly, these are for a very, very niche target audience, but I mean, if you are a computer person, and want the absolute best gear you can put on a desk, to go with whatever over the top computer setup you can think of, this is the holy grail.
