I lived in Paris for a few years when I was younger, and still keep up on the French music scene as much as I can. XM Radio in the US used to have two French/French Canadian music channels that I loved for pop music in French but that's ended. "The Monocle" radio from London is the best I've found for European music that spans the entire continent. I know Fabian is Belgian by birthright and sings English as well and is considered a Canadian Singer, but I still consider her a French Pop singer.
Lara Fabian, Maxime Le Foristier (the French Neil Diamond), Francis Cabrel, the list goes on. I have a fairly large French Pop Music library.
Anyway, good thread. She's an excellent singer. I'll have to spin some of her CD's tomorrow.... so to speak. I'm traveling but I have my entire CD library in the cloud... so I can spin them in cyberspace.
