Latest on the STKs?

I've been interested in options for replacement of the STK39, 50 modules. I've seen some post on here that speak of a pcb, and heatsink kits, and you add your own parts; but they all seem outdated. And I can't find a supplier for these pcb boards. Are there any new updates on building these now?
