Leak Varislope Stereo pre-amp renovation

I needed a pre for my newly renovated Leak Stereo 20 amp so I picked up a Varisplope Stereo (burgundy perspex front) and a Varislope 2 Stereo (silver aluminium front) off eBay. I like the look of the former so I have started a refurbishment. Tested a few components and quite a few caps are off along with a couple of resistors. So far, I have identified the capacitors and resistors against the schematic with the exception of C3, a 0.1 uF cap on the input switch and V1... I can't find it! Anyone know where it is? I have labelled the caps only.

If anyone out there has repaired or restored one of these then please chip in. Any recommendations for a suitable pre-amp for the Stereo 20 would be welcome.
I expect I will hate it when finished and build a custom pre-amp but its worth a try. I also have the V2 to refurbish after this and I can always put them back on eBay?

By the way, C13-15 & 23 are rated at 350V on the original caps but I have a batch of 240V caps available... will they be OK? The plate voltage is shown as 80V on the schematic so why did Leak over-rate them?

The caps marked "metal mite" may need to be repalced -read this thread - replace those with modern poly caps IMO: https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/showthread.php?t=137615

Te larger caps at the top of your photo - replace those with electros.

I suspect that the caps rated at that voltage in the circuit will be rated that way for a reason. But someone with more experience could chip in on this.

Those caps might be exposed to the full unloaded power supply voltage for a few seconds at turn-on time.
