Anyone know what model those Infinity's might be?

Just an old fart trying to help.
I'm stumped.
On first glance I thought early Infinitys, Monitor Jr. for example as the cabinet construction is similar , but the badge is different, and the font (which JR.s did not have, only the symbol) doesn't seem quite right, JMO it's a newer style font.
Also not familiar with that grille cloth, maybe the grilles have been re-covered.
One last possible WAG, some non USA product. There were some models made at/for overseas, thought at that early stage of Infinity that they *seem* to be from I'm not sure Infinity was big enough to have gone outside the USA as far as manufacturing.

I love the looks of those early Sony units! I opened a thread in the Infinity forum asking for anyone who can to identify them.

It looks like those folks have identified them as 2000a's.
Since we are in Dollars and Sense, anyone care to give an opinion on the value of those?
I see 3 pairs currently listed on eBay for $500, $700, and $800, but I don't see any that have actually sold.

Well, I done did it. Grabbed those Infinity 2000a's (they said that Sony receiver went first thing).
