Legacy Audio/(Coda) Experts-Vintage

Hi,
Can anyone help me, please, about a vintage Legacy Audio Preamplifier ? All I know is the following, which may be right or wrong.
Model "LB97" was made starting 2003, possibly by Coda.
It featured both XLR and RCA ins/outs, a subwoofer output, equalization control and a remote control.
It is likely not a sound processor but is specifically a preamplifier.
Any info is greatly appreciated.
I'm hoping someone may have owned it or knows anything about it.
Owners Manual, specs, pictures or diagrams of the front and back, if it was made to match which particular model power amp, clarification of all written above, any noise, sound quality, etc. would help.

I have a Legacy Audio (By CODA) amplifier in my system. It is a nice piece. I also have a CODA pre-amp a nice piece as well.
