I have a pair of Legend Audio LEG-7000s that I’m soon to place properly in my dining/living room. I find them to be exceptional speakers, but can’t find one shred of information on them. They are front ported three way tower speakers rated to 150w with a frequency response of 25HZ-24KHZ for what it’s worth. Anyway, I’m dealing with a long room 13x30x8 with a hardwood floor. If anyone knows about this make and model of speaker could you tell me if they have to be placed in the “golden ratio” configuration or do they play well with walls? Honestly one sits in a corner right now without too much boominess in the low end. The wife already makes fun of me for vacuuming my albums and employing cartridge protractors. I’m not sure she’ll tolerate speakers in the middle of the room no matter how much better they sound there. Any advice or info on the Legend Audio brand or the 7000s would be most helpful and refreshing at least. Thanks in advance.
