Legit or spam wanted ads on CL?

I put those ads somewhere between the outright phishing ads and the "We buy old audio gear" ads. In the worst case, they are trying to track down experienced tube audio owners, probably for some mailing list. In the best case they are trying to identify caches of good audio gear from owners looking to liquidate.

Of course, those same owners could post their own sales, probably for more money. But some people are afraid to sell things on CL, so maybe this is a way to reach them.
 
I saw the Eico ad first, and thought it to be legit. Only after I saw the other 2 or 3 ads did I suspect it was a reseller.
