Lenco L75 buying advice needed

Hi guys!

I've already ordered a set of V-blocks from a member at Lenco Heaven. Also orderd Joel's Lenco kit for cleaning and upgrading of the bearing. I read about the brake, and I'm gonna take it out (the sound it makes when used is aweful). I will relubricate the whole thing, just have to find the right oil/lube (would something like this be allright: http://www.benl.ebay.be/itm/330491068124?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 ?).

For the moment, I am just going to keep it stock. In the future, I hope to find the time to learn to solder (and other turntable related skills), and rebuild the table (new and heavier plinth, new arm,...).

Jancumps, I have sent you a pm.

Thanx for all the help guys!

pamfletty,

FWIW, I just use automotive motor oil in mine.
Yes, what you linked to would work. But i'm a cheapskate, and empty my motor oil can remnant drippings (new oil) into a mechanics oil can for such projects.
