I think you should be just fine, the 3.8s are not really any more demanding then any other garden variety 88 dbl sensitivity loudspeaker and your AU 20000 is very capable of laying down the gauntlet.
Considering you recently spent good $$$$ on bringing your AU 20000 back to spec
it is a good a time as any to see if she rocks the cottage or if all the money you spent was
ill spent.
I'd Crank her up and see if your tech is worth his weight in paid invoices....
