lets see some pics-- this could be interesting!!

July 4th weekend
Paul, I almost posted the pic of you with your full beard!!

You know, some people I pictured alot different than they really are. But, with Deli, that's pretty much the image I had of him. :thmbsp:

Now, let's see if I can dig up a pic of my ugly mug.

Fascinating thread! :thmbsp:

Below are Crooner, Jpdylon and I (from right to left!) at the SoCal fest (hosted by CDFixer and LBPete) in March. At the time - apart from eating pizza - we were enjoying QuadBob's Sansui setup, most likely the bootleg reissue of Alan Parsons' quad recording of DSOTM: Incredible stuff!

EDIT: I added another fun photo: Richard Schram (he doesn't need any further introduction, whether you're into vintage or newer gear, right?) and I outside Parasound's offices in San Francisco in August (Richard is the more dapper and distinguished looking one - apart from the fact that he is wearing a corporate shirt!).

I always liked the black coats because they look cleaner than white ones, I just could never get over the feeling that I either

a. look like a ninja 0r

b. look like I'm wearing my pajamas.

All my chef coats are black, but whenever I leave the kitchen wearing it I always feel like a fish out of water. Thats why I keep a purty white one with my name embroidered on it for those "front of the house" moments..:thmbsp:

Thanks! It is an exceptionally beautiful spot but unfortunately isn't my backyard. The property is on 160 acres owned by my mother, about 30 miles south of the city. We go there from time to time to let the dogs run and romp around in the river. This shot of my wife is at the same spot just looking upstream.

Forgot about that one. There's a temp bartender that works banquets at my hotel that always does the sign of the cross when I walk by in my black coat. He only works about once a month, so each time I forget he's gonna do it.

this is actually a really good an normal pic of the deli man !! what a fine gentleman you are rod

thats why i wanted to do this

Wouldn't want anybody to get confused. I've seen what can happen around here when some members start the weekend early and post into the wee hours. :D

What a motley crew!

Great thread! I'm right-clicking and saving so I can remember your mugs.

Actually, it'll be easier to remember your gear and avatar
