LG TV WebOS Software Update for 2014 set owners

According to this - LG is providing a free software update for the 2014 Smart TV sets.

I just upgraded mine. Took about 25 minutes or so.

Seemed to go just fine - back up and running.

So far I've just re-scanned my OTA channels.

Some obvious improvements in the channel guide and speed.

I'll check my apps, and the LG Store next...

Thanks discovered that I didn't have the automatic update box checked. I don't use any of the smart features on my LG everything is covered by my Apple TV and Roku but I do like to keep the software up to date. Interesting LG dumped the 3D channels, never watched any of them anyway.
