I've heard and seen KEF speakers for years but didn't really know that much about them. This morning while having my coffee I stumbled on this site. Very detailed site about all the KEF speakers made.

Thanks - that was great. KEF has, at least to my ears, always produced a very sweet sound in their speakers. Little light on the bass, but all the English speakers are so, but a midrange to die for.

Most British speakers don't have a fabricated bass "bump" between 60-90 hz like most American designs do. They have a little bump, but it's not nearly as pronounced.
