Hey gang
I've made a few changes to my system and thought I'd share some photos. My last post featured 2 systems centered around a Marantz 2270 and Pioneer SA-9100. I took the 2270 to the shop to have its power supply recapped so I decided to swap a few things out. I also purchased a Douk Audio switcher which allows me to switch between 2 receivers and 2 sets of speakers. I really love that thing!
The first system consists of a Harman Kardon 330c receiver, Pioneer PL-550 turntable, Denon DDR-780 cassette deck, and a SMSL D200 DAC. The DAC is actually hooked up to both systems and is connected to an Eversolo DMP-A6.
system 2 consists of my new to me Sansui 2000x with a Velodyne ULD subwoofer connected to the pre-out / main in. Connected to the Sansui is a Thorens TD-125 II fitted with a Transcriptors Vestigal tonearm, (I kind of hate that tonearm) Nakamichi CR-1A cassette deck and a Cambridge Audio phono Pre.
Current speakers being used are a pair of KLH Model Six, and Seventeen. I'm starting to think that the inside speakers are too close together which is too bad.
