Little Griddle

I'm thinking of picking up the consumer grade model. Does anyone have experience with these griddles?
Should I go for the heavier gauge one? My concern is warping. If the cheaper one will do, that's the one I would like to go with.

Electric, or one for the stove top. Oh yeah. If it's a stove top, the warping usually happens when you put a hot griddle from the stove top to under the water in the sink. Let it cool first.

..and what's your intended purpose? Been thinking of getting one myself. I've run across some nice (though larger) stove top
ones on Amazon, flat on one side for pancakes and such and ribbed on the other for bacon and searing meats, etc.

I`ve had this All-Clad griddle for around 20 years now. It`s 13 x 20 inches, very heavy-duty. IIRC, cost was right around $90 or so. It gets used a couple of times a week, so it has definitely earned it`s keep in my kitchen....well worth the price.

The little griddle is a stainless griddle for the BBQ. I have a cast aluminum one that is OK but the non stick surface is wearing. I would use it mostly for veggies.

I use one of these indoors and out:
